This product is designed to provide patients with refills for their current Bongo Rx EPAP device. When you inhale, the small valves within the Bongo EPAP remain open to allow for typical inhalation, but on exhalation, the small valves close and use specifically designed vent holes to keep your airway open until your next breath. Good Alternative for Non-Compliant CPAP Patients. In order to use this product, the patient will require: Mild (AHI of 5 to 15) or moderate (AHI of 15 to 30) sleep apnoea to be able to breathe only through the nose while sleeping (or use a chinstrap).
